Default question on strength III

It has me to wave loading.. So for example it had me doin squats 6 sets of reps of 3 2 1 3 2 1. My question is do i increase the weight from my initial start ups of the 3 2 1 reps. if I was doin 395 on squats for 3 reps and when i get to the 4th set which calls for 3 reps again do i leave the weight constant with the other set of 3 reps or do i increase that as well.

IIRC it is supposed to be an increase from the original 395, but not from the third set of 1.
