OK to do extra 1 rep sets in Strength 1?
I've been doing NROL for about 2 months now. I've finished Hypertrophy 1 and now I'm halfway through Strength 1.
I'm finding that after completing the 6-1-6-1 wave loading I still have enough energy to do another set or two of the last 1 (after the appropriate rest period).
Thus, it looks more like 6-1-6-1-1-1.
So I am wondering if this will interfere with the intended neural training benefits?
Alternatively, does this mean I'm not using a high enough weight? That is, should I be using weight loads so that after doing 6-1-6-1 I really couldn't complete another set of 1?
