Default 2 weeks to holiday.

Hey,

I have been doing NROL for the last 8 months and have seen significant gains. Was a first time lifter and this program gave me something to follow on a regular basis from March to December.

I will be finishing Hyp 3 by the end of next week. I am going on holiday on the 27th od December.. This gives me around 2 weeks in between.. from when I finish Hyp 3 to the beginning of the holiday.

What workouts do I do in this period? Am going on a holiday to a beach for 2 weeks.. So will give my body enough rest then.. But what do I do in this 2 weeks that will help me tone my body even more? Any suggestions.
Thanks.

What does "tone" mean?

If your point is you want to lose some weight before going to the beach, why not do some of the FL programs?

You have two weeks to lose as much fat as possible, so do a fat loss routine and eat less food. You need to burn a lot of calories, and a strength routine isn't going to do that. The fat loss ones will.

Any tips on how I can maintain as much as the muscle while still cutting down the fat while I do the fat loss? Do I do cardio too?

Eat enough protein and lift weights. It doesn't matter if you do cardio or not, it's the amount of a deficit that you create, either via eating less food or exercise and eating less. You've probably got the chance to burn off about 4lbs max in two weeks. Eat as little as you can stand, making sure to get enough protein before any other foods.
