Default videos of lifts

Does anyone else think that the book would be even "awesome-er" if it included a DVD or a link to a website with videos of each one of the lifts, with running commentary? The descriptions are usually good, but a picture is worth a thousand words and a video must be worth a million. Some of the lifts (good mornings, for example) can be hard to understand.

You could even organize the site by the program in the book, and make videos downloadable to an iPod to take to the gym.

Lou? Alwyn?

You can find videos of most, if not all, of the lifts by searching here in the forum, or on youtube.

Yeah, maybe I can find them here or there, demonstrated by random people sometimes of dubious skill, but wouldn't it be nice (and easy) for the expert authors of the book to put out videos of the lifts the way they want them done, in an organized fashion? They obviously had someone pose for the photos in the book.

Default Great videos of every lift

I found a site with great videos of almost every lift. They even have slow motion and three differents view angles. You have to sign up for free membership.

Precision Nutrition » Home

Search for "exercise videos" once you are logged in.
