Default Possible Injury...

I am in the middle of Hypertrophy I and am enjoying it/getting lots out of it but encountered a problem the past couple of days.. on Monday I was doing squats with about average weight and i noticed a little pressure in my left shoulder where the bar was sitting. It wasn't exactly painful or anything, it just felt like extra pressure. Anyways, as the exercise proceeded, I began to feel a sort of throbbing on the left side of my head and immediately got a headache (which would get worse the more reps or weight I did). I stopped squats but was able to complete the rest of the workout (though uncomfortably) and left with a throbbing headache. The headache pretty much stuck with me the rest of the day but gradually declined.
So today I walked into the gym, ready to lift and feeling great. But when I started my incline dumbbell press, the throbbing returned full force and gradually got worse as i increased weight/reps. It got so bad that I had to leave because I didnt want to possibly injure myself further. I still have a slight headache and am pretty worried about what I might have done. I did notice that when i press on the base of my skull, where my head and my neck meet on the back left side, it almost feels kind of sore. I'm thinking I might have pulled something in my neck. Can somebody who might know something about this please reply, I'd like to know what's going on and get back to my routine asap. Thanks so much.

I have had issues with allergies and when doing the B workout one day thought my head was going to explode. It carried over to my next A workout as well.

I lowered the weight so it wouldn't be so strenuous and it got better.

Are you drinking enough? Some headaches come on due to a lack of hydration. Some that is. Explore it and see how you react.
