Default Starting Strength II

I'm starting Strength II, after finishing Strength I and Hypertrophy I. Any advice?

I'm really hoping to improve my squat. I think all the squats in H1 improved my form, so hopefully I'm much more prepared to increase my squat than I was during Str I. I'll probably need to pick up a bit more weight for the rack deadlifts, too.

Just make sure you're eating enough to give yourself the best opportunity to get stronger. I did Str I & II, enjoyed them both....never did Str III though.

Hi, I have done Str I & II & III and my advice is eat enough healthy food. Do not putt on to much weight. Focus on your form and last and not least rest/sleep enough.
