Default HYP III --

I was finishing my last three workouts for Hyp 3 and I pinched a nerve in my back, not too severe but 2 days worth of discomfort. I'm feeling fine now -- so I'm forcing my week of this week and starting strength I next week --

just wanted to throw it out... there
