Default Strength II Questions

Hi all. I'm finishing up Strength I (Awesome program!!) and will be going into Strength II next. I have a couple of questions, though:

1 - Because of scheduling conflicts, I had to take a week off before my last four workouts of Strength I. Since I already took that week off, I should be able to go straight into Strength II without the week of rest in between, right? Or should I still take a week off between SI and SII?

2 - Can any of you who have done Strength II give me some guidance as to the increase in weight between the regular squats and quarter squats, as well as the regular dead lifts and the rack dead lifts? In other words, did you lift 10% (or 20%, or 30%, etc.) more in quarter squats and rack dead lifts than you did in the standard versions?

Thanks,
JLO

#1 - yep, you shouldn't need to rest again
#2 - it'll be an individual thing - try trial & error - my squat was about 20% higher - rack deads were actually lower, although I know they're not supposed to be - I get more pull from the ground, possibly because I'm 6'4".

Hope this helps.
