Default hello

Hi, everyone. I am new to the forum and just completed my first Break-In workout. Really enjoyed it. I'll try to get a picture on here so I can post my progress.

NROL was recommended to me a few weeks ago when I broke-down and purchased a set of Power Blocks. The employee at Bob Block Fitness was very helpful and this book seems to be exactly what I've been looking for.

So I began reading about NROL and found the forum. Thought it'd be a good idea to get on here since I plan to be serious about lifting.

Welcome! I have the power blocks too and LOVE them. I used them for NROL for women and am now doing NROL fat loss (finished up FL1 recently and am 3 workouts in to FL2). Do you have barbells too? Those will come in pretty handy.

Have fun!

Unfortunately, I do not have a barbell. I'm not sure if I have the space for it and some olympic weights. Would like to get a squat rack, but first I need the space for it.

So, for now, I have Power Blocks (they're great, btw), a swiss ball, a pull-up bar, perfect pushup handles, and wrist/ankle weights. Planning on getting the 90lbs add-on for the Power Blocks and a weight belt to help with pull-ups.
