Default took a break, now where to start?

I started NROL in January and got all the way through Hypertrophy II. Then I did the Velocity Diet for a month and did a Chad Waterbury workout for 6 weeks. At the end of the 6 weeks my plan was to take a 2 week break because we were going on vacation and then I was going to try EC's Maximum Strength.

So that was my plan. However, my 2 week break has now turned in to a 4 week break with no end in sight and I need to do something now. Once we got back from vacation our German exchange student arrived and then my school started back up (I'm in my last year of getting my MBA) so I'm very busy again. I would still like to do Maximum Strength but I just don't have the time to learn something new just yet so I thought it would be easier to jump back into NROL so I don't lose everything I worked so hard to obtain.

But my question is where should I start? Should I jump right into Strength I or should I go back and do some of the Hypertrophy programs again or maybe even the break in period again?? I haven't lifted since July 24th so it's been about a month since I've been in the gym.

Thanks for any advice with this....

Karl

I think you could do FLI or FLII for 3-4 weeks to get yourself back into it, then go into Strength I. I guess it depends on what your goals are.
