when it says "superset with full rest" it means full rest even within the superset - Exercise 1, rest, Exercise 2, rest
(e.g. Break-in A for Lunges & rows)
when it says "superset with no rest between exercises" it means Ex 1, Ex 2, rest (see Strength 1, Workout A)
when it says "giant set with no rest until final exercise" - you do that, Ex 1, Ex2, Ex3,Ex4, rest (as in FLIII workout A)
