Default Hyp 2 q's

I'm about to start hypertrophy 2 today and I had a quick question...

For the second superset where there are three exercises (with the dip as the third), do you superset all three of these at a time, and then afterwards do the crunches?

I'm about four weeks into Hy 2 myself. I've been doing the dips as a separate exercise, i.e. not as a superset with the previous two. But the original poster's question did catch my interest. Unfortunately, your link doesn't seem to work any more. Can you summarize what was in it?
