Default NROL For Hard Gainers

This is my first post on this forum. You guys seem to be informative so maybe you can help me. I read NROL as it was highly recommended to me. I am 27 and have been training for the past 3 years consistantly and 5 years off and on. I'm 6ft and the most I've ever weighed was 160 something pounds. I usually stay around 7% body fat. I am very active outside of the gym and eat a pretty large amounts of food but I also have a fast metabolism, and quite possibly a tapeworm. j/k

The book never really talks much about hardgainers. The programs in the book seem to go against everything I have ever read about hardgainers and the ability to pack on muscle.

How does the NROL apply to hardgainers? Is it geared for hardgainers any way?

The plan for "skinny is an insult" would prolly be a good fit.

I'd debate that there isn't such a thing as a "hard gainer," just a case of someone who won't eat enough. Sometimes it's a LOT of food to pack in, to be sure. But basic laws of calories v. energy expended won't be denied. If you're not gaining, you're not eating enough.

So, really any program would work, because your gains and losses in bodyweight are based on the food you eat.

Welcome.
