Default Food Log Spreadsheet

Had a few requests for my food log, so I uploaded it here:

Food Log

Most of the values were found here:
The Calorie Counter

Some of the values are based on my own recipes, so adjust as needed.

To add new items:
Enter values for grams of carbs/prot/fat and let the spreadsheet do the calculation. If the calorie values don't add up, adjust as necessary ( ie lower the carb for high fiber foods)

Enjoy!

I really appreciate this. I think this will work for me. On the spreadsheet is a place to input weight and activity. How do you determine activity? By the way, I sent the same question to you via email, but a response here would probably help more folks.

The formula and activity level are from NRoL (P261). Personally, I found this calculation to be kind of low (too few calories), but it's a decent place to start.
