Default Completed Hyp2

Just throwing it out there completed hyp2.

Hated it -- didn't feel like i got much out of it

I've done FL2 and 3
HYP1 and HYP2.

Lost about 50lbs since last sept. started NROL in Feb.

Start 223 Sept 19th 2007
Now 185

Was down to 176 before I started lifting any weights. Still need to lose the belly fat, but I know that's more a product of diet.

1st set of deadlifts -- 80lbs - now 180lbs
Bench start - 50lbs - now 155lbs
Squats - empty bar 45lbs now 120lbs

I just don't feel like my sqaut form is there so the gains have been slower there..

Gains are made, still fat must be lost.

Keeping with the program and getting ready for Hyp 3.

First Congrats on Hyp 2 and the weight loss!

THe Hyp workouts are difficult to get through. The weight you have gained though seems about what happened to me. I was wanting to gain though. I don't feel the Hyp workouts are good for fat loss. You work hard and your body needs food to fuel those workouts.

If you hated Hyp 2 so much, take a break and to Strength 1. I loved that one. Hyp 3 was harder for me then Hyp 2 by a long shot.

I know what you mean re the extra inches gained around the belly. I really have put weight on now, will need to shift that. Its strength 1 and 2 after I finish with hyper 2, dunno if I'll lean up on those programmes but I'll give it a shot. I'm just so god dam hungry all the time!

Congratulations on the gains! It's funny...your stats show significant gains, but I think once you make them they must not seem as great. Since I'm still in the "Before" stage, every time I see the gains others have made, I'm impressed. I'm curious as to how I'll view it from the other side.
