Question Long-Term Program Question/Poll

Long-term, how do you plan to use NROL? When you get to a place you want to be, what do you plan to do (or are you doing now)?

1) Keep lifting long and heavy--I'll never be satisfied
2) Choose routines appropriately, but not push so heavy on the weight
3) What kind of ridiculous question is this?
4) Planning? Are you kidding? I'm just trying to make it to the end of Hyper II.
5) (fill in your own blank)

I'm looking ahead and seeing that maybe in about a year, I will have accomplished most of the goals I have set for myself (assuming no major life crisis, injury or other set-back). I don't recall in the NROL any discussion about the long-term use of the routines--what one should do after a couple of years of lifting?

What kinds of things are you doing (for those satisfied with their level of fitness, strength, appearance, et cetera) or what do you plan to do?

I train myself, cookie cutter programs can be good for newbies but i believe a serious trainee should start his/her own training style.

For me, its strength focused. Some might like crossfit type stuff, bodybuilding type stuff etc
