Default which route should i take

on monday i will be starting hypertophy ii.. and i would like to know what should do after. what iv been doing is goin through the book in order. iv done all the fat loss programs and just finished hyp1. but i was looking at the category for "being skinny as an insult.. and it has it for doing hyp2 ,followed by strength I and II and goes back to hyp3, then strength iii. which route is better for best results. should i just keep up wat im doing and finishit in order?looking to pack in more muscle tho i dont have much fat to lose.. just have a stubborn fat around belly button but i can see my 4 pack.

well you if you picked skinny as an insult, you should have followed it as written. The point is to add weight then use the fat loss to cut. So I would follow the it as written now. Strength 1,2, Hyp 3, Strength 3. Then I would go back and do the fat loss 2 and 3.

Default tru

ur right but when i got the book i was in the middle i wasnt skinny nor overweight. so i wanted to start with the fat loss since i needed some fat to lose on my belly and plus during that time i was in soccer season. so fat loss programs worked benefecially for me endurance and stamina wise.

AHH I see. I would do the rest of the workouts as described for the skinny insult one, and if you feel after bulking up you need the fat loss go back, other wise move on to something else. To be honest if you don't eat enough doing the Hyp workouts they are just like the fatloss workouts. So make sure you eat!

ok thanks for the info, in terms of eating i eat 6 meals a days with protein in each meal.. but i want to know how much carbs do i need. i was wondering if carb cycle is a good idea. on heavy days i would carb load and and on high reps ill make it low carb and 5-6 reps make it moderate carb. but i want to know how much carbs should i be taking in. im 24 5"11 weigh 180lbs.

I have always went for the 40/30/30 split, but thats me. I also am a runner so I tend to go high on the carbs anyway. I would say find a starting point and see how it goes for a few weeks, if its not working switch it up a bit.
