As it says: You will go through the A routine 6 times and the B routine 6 times
For the squats in A it specifies:
Workouts 1,2 -- 3x15
workouts 3,4 -- 3x12
workouts 5,6 -- 3x10
So the 1st time you do A1 you use 3x15. Same for the 2nd time you do A (A2).
Then the 3rd time you go through the A (A3) routine you change to 3x12 and
same for the 4th (A4) time
The 5th (A5) and 6th (A6) time you go through the A routine you change to 3x10
So if you work out MWF you do
Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa Su
A1, rest, B1, rest, A2, rest, rest
B2, rest, A3, rest, B3, rest, rest
and so on until you've done both A and B a total of 6 times
