Default Supplements

I just finished the break in period and i feel great. I am taking a protien powder. I couple of guys in the gym say i should use creatine and glutamine also. I could use some advise on supplements

There's lots of information in our Nutrition section and I think you'll find what you're looking for there. Basically, creatine is a yes, glutamine probably not. But I encourage you to read up on them and make your own decision. A search within that forum for those terms should provide with plenty of reading.
