Default Hyper II - Sheer Evil

So, I wrapped up Hyper II today.

I just want to congratulate Lou and Alwyn on the nastiest way to end off this program. 2x25 with a 30 second rest.

Truly evil.

I finished that one 2 weeks ago... what a way to go out! I was glad to say good-bye to HII!

Default HT 2 Workout A

In hypertrophy 2 workout A are the wide grip cable seated row, dumbbell incline bench press, dip and swiss ball crunch all part of the same superset with full rest? Should I start with wide grip, rest, move to dumbbell, rest, dip, rest, and swiss ball, rest? I'm very confused by this one. Please help.

You would do the seated row, rest, db incline bench press, rest... then repeat that for whatever number of sets there are.

The dip is meant to be done by itself as a straight set with the rests indicated. I think there was a typo or something of that sort in the book but it's definitely meant to be done as a straight set (although I'm sure you could add it to the superset mix if you'd like or even superset the dips with the Swiss-ball or leave the ball crunch as a straight set as it was intended). Either way, you can tailor it to your needs.

Hope this helps!
