A week ago I completed a years worth of NROL workouts doing the "Lifter #1: The Eternal Beginner" plan on page 192 of the book (see my log for details).
I finished with Fat Loss III on May 24th and took a week break and now I am wondering what I should do next? I still have a bunch of fat I need to lose and so I was wondering if I should start the Fat Loss I workouts again?
I also have the TNT Diet book. Anyone have opinions on the workouts in that book (Alwyn did those as well correct?).
Sounds like a good plan - I found that I didn't lose a lot of fat at all when I did FL-I & II, but I'm losing fat like crazy now in FL-III. The difference, without a doubt, is the diet. FL-I & II came so early in the program that I was still focused on learning the lifts and getting stronger instead of losing fat. I think it doesn't matter much which FL program you do next, if fat loss is your next goal just tighten up the diet.

My NROL training log: The Eternal Beginner
Diet without a doubt has been very difficult for me. I really need a good eating plan with food that is relatively easy to prepare (don't really cook much). I work a desk job 40 hours a week M-F. I definitely need to plan ahead and bring my food to work with me.

Welcome to the fraternity!!! Congratulations - that is really something to be proud of!

I agree with Superset's comments - diet is more important, so find a plan that you can follow. I really liked the TNT diet - the book is really well written and I found the diet relatively easy to stick with. I never tried the workouts, but because Alwyn wrote them, I'm sure they're a lot like the FL programs.
Yep, it all boils down to diet. I'm proof of that! I did the FL workouts last summer and didn't lose any fat. All because my diet wasn't in check. Then, at the beginning of the year, I buckled down with TNT and NROL4W and shed 20 lbs of fat. Diet made ALL the different. And, I believe no matter what workout plan I was using, the diet was the KEY.
Congratulations! Stay on track with that diet, like the others have said. I think the workouts in TNT are very good. I suggest you do those instead of going back through NROL. But I do agree that finding something you'll be consistent with is the most important consideration in choosing a program.

I just picked up the book "Muscle Chow" by Gregg Avedon, it's got some simple to prepare meals in it and seems worth checking out.
