Default high pull

Does anyone have any good links to videos for form on the High Pull for Hyp. 1? I feel like I'm doing them wrong, and the way they are described in the book seems to differ from online videos of how they are done.

Every video I find of them shows more of a deadlift movement, and a much slower and more fluid 'pull' at the end.

Here's Charles Staley's article that describes high pulls and includes videos: Pulling Your Chain For Massive Gains!

Here's an article by Allen Hedrick that teaches the clean. The high pull is one step toward a clean and is described with pictures: 12 Steps to the Perfect Clean.

I prefer the jump shrug to a high pull. It's one step earlier in the learning process for a clean and is also described in Allen Hedrick's article. Galye Hatch actually calls this movement a clean pull. His teaching video are the best IMO: GAYLE HATCH :: broadband video channel. Click on "clean pull."
