Default playlists for NROL Workouts

I'd like to share some of mine because I'm always interested in playlists others like.

My first for NROL looks like this:

1. Rocky OST - War (good kick off for a program)
2. Foo Fighters - Let it die (just a great song)
3. Thrice - Image of the invisible (what a hymn!)
4. Ministry - New World Order (can't stop with that)
5. Rammstein - Feuer Frei (lyrics in english would mean something like the one who knows what pain is is the dangerous one)
6. NIN - Wish ("this is the first day of my last days!")
7. Nailbomb - Wasting away (makes my rests feel longer)
8. Massive Attack - Teardrop ( calming down again, killer song).

Love to see others.

Mine will depend on my mood. I don't have any playlists. I just select an artist and go from there.

Pink, Apocalyptica, Blues Traveler, and Disco are some of the more common things I listen to while working out.

Like I said, it depends what my mood is!!

I don't have a playlist, but I really like the idea. At the gym, I just work out to silence (I don't want to deal with earbuds and an ipod) , but at home, I've got the setup to play whatever I want. One thing I like about this workout is that I've got everything I need at home. I'm going to have to work on this.

Sweet... I have been rocking the same playlist for sooooo long, I like alot of rock and alternative but I am more of an electronic-pop person when I am working out... hypnotic sounds keep me focused:

2. The Presets - My People
3. Digitalism - Pogo
4. D.A.N.C.E. - Justice
5. Every Move A Picture - On the Edge...
6. The Bravery - Honest Mistake
7. Datarock - Princess
8. Sneaky Sound System - I D E W 2 L U
9. Hot Chip - And I Was a Boy...

thank you. Never heard of any of these bands, but seeqpod will teach me if I can use it. There's something with the hypnotic sounds, like Angel by Massive Attack or songs from Mogwai. I will add something like this to the next playlist.
