Hello everyone, today is a bit of a happy day I think, well I hope...
After following NROL for a few months I had to stop due to a strained abdominal muscle, thats what the doc said, so that meant that I had to look else where to maintain a healthy weight. So about the same time, and after much urging from a friend of mine, I got into eating alot of raw foods in the form of salads fruits and lots and lots of juicing (green juice). I still have regular food, mostly fish in the evenings, with my wife, and today was the first time I went on the scale after my injury.
Last time I weighed 170lbs at 21.5%BF
Today and for the last couple of days I have maintained at about 159lbs @ 17.5%BF
Now if I am correct, that means that of a total of 11lbs lost, 8 of them were fat. am I correct in this, anyone...
