Yea I thought I must have made a typo on my log sheet when I did my first B workout. I actually went back to the book to verify - I just couldn't believe it. If you do the max (12 reps) each leg for the first giant set, and 20 reps each leg for the second set... that's 176 reps! "Brutal" doesn't even come close to describing this kind of punishment, and so far I've "only" been doing 160 reps.
