Default Substitutions for Hyper I please?

Hello all!

I'm new to this forum and was directed from Men's Health.

Very excited to find boards dedicated to all things
NROL - what a find!

I'm after some substitutions as I work out at home and only have DB/BB available.

Can anyone suggest a sub for cable seated row and wide grip lat pulldown?

If there's a sticky I've missed with wubstitutions please let me know. It's one thing i would like to see in the book actually, some help for us with minimal gear.

Anyway, thanks in advance
F

Might want to pick up a jump stretch band if you can't do 15 pull ups for 3 sets. Or have someone spot you. I know I wouldn't be able to do all 15 reps unassisted for 3 sets.
