Default Start again or move on to next?

I did break-in no problem and completed about 70% of Fat Loss I before life got insane and I had to slow it down and basically just stopped. I have not been to the gym in 2 weeks now.

I did modify FLI so that I did 18 workouts total instead of the 12, as thats what the book recommended. I stopped around 12 with 6 remaining.

So im debating between just starting FLII, or doing the original FLI (12) to completion before I move on. If I can do 3-4 workouts a week I can have FLI done in a month and then move right into FLII.

Should I bother with this, or just move into FLII? Or just complete the missing workouts I didnt do?

This time I wont let life get in the way again!@
