Default anyone here in fat loss 2

i find workout b to be the hardest iv done. i finished the workout but couldnt complete the reps required (12). i tried doing 20lbs dumbells with the bulgarian split squat/overhead press and could only do 6 reps on each leg. and for rdl/bent over row i could only do 7 for 135lbs. i want to know how much weight did u guys put up.

I found the hard part of the BSSwOP to be needing to hold at the bottom of the squat during the press. My form was so bad that I just stopped the OP until I'm stronger in my squat.

For the RDL/BOR, I do 12 reps of 75. This is one of my favorites-- it gets my heartrate up higher than any of the other exercises, but doesn't require the technical expertise or space as the Olympic lifts.

Oh yeah it's a doozie! I just use bodyweight for most of the high rep sets to make sure I get the form down right. Just think of them as mini HIIT's!!
