Default Coming back from the injury.

Well it's been well over a month since I hurt my back on Hyper I. But I think I'm ready to get back into the gym. Tomorrow I'll be starting back up with the basics of course, right back to Break-In. The diet is ready and the supplements will be prepared as I step right back into NROL. The only thing that won't be happening is me lifting really heavy weight.

With that being said, I have a question. When I do I know when to "up" the weight's?

If anyone else has anymore tips about coming back, hit me with them please.
