Default Confused

I just started the breakin routine and was confused on the rest periods, EX. after you finish your second set of squats in Break In A, do you have only 60 sec's before you move onto doing your lunges. Also in Fat loss 1 it said do each workout 6 times alternating but if I workout 4 times a week, do I do workout 1 both times that week or do workout 1 lets say on monday then workout 2 on thursday. This would change the time frame of Fatloss 1 from 6 weeks too 3 weeks.

For break in you would do:

set 1 of squats
rest 60 sec
set 1 of squats
rest 60 sec

set 1 of lunge
rest 60 sec
set 1 of db row
rest 60 sec
set 2 of lunge
rest 60 sec
set 2 of db row
rest 60 sec

etc.

For Fat Loss 1, I work out 4 times a week and this is my schedule:

Monday - workout A - 1
Tuesday - workout B - 1
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - workout A - 2
Friday - workout B - 2
Saturday - rest
Sunday - rest

Frog:

I'm still confused - won't you finish all of the workouts in 3 weeks at this schedule? I'm limited to working out 3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and trying to figure out how to schedule FL1.

Take however long it takes to do 6 of each workout. If you workout 3x a week, then it will take 3 weeks.

You can do FL 1 3 days a week if you want. I did it 4 days a week and it took 3 weeks.
