Default Fat Loss I / Cardio

Has anyone ever seen advice from Schuler or Cosgrove about their opinion of cardio when doing Fat Loss I?

I'm 5'11" 188 lbs, not really looking to get skinnier. I think the workouts will do enough to burn the amount of fat I want, but not sure if I should mix in cardio.

The ONLY part of my body that I want to maybe get a little smaller is my waist, I don't want my legs, arms, & back to get smaller.

Alwyn included a HIIT-type cardio circuit in the book. It's called metabolic overdrive or something, and it's supposed to be pretty good. Try that out on your off days.

I try to include it three times a week but I am lucky if I get it in twice.

It sounds like you should do hypertrophy next.
