Default Fat Loss III kicking my butt

I finished Hypertrophy II, and should have gone on to a Strength program, but I wanted to trim down some more so I went with Fat Loss III. First workout was a wake up.

When I saw your thread title I thought, "hmm working as designed". It's definitely a challenge.

I just recently started Fat Loss III as well. The first and 2nd time through Workout A I was so beat that I could not do the 2nd giant set. I was able to do the 2nd giant set of Workout B however. I will probably need to back off the weight on Workout A.

It doesn't get any easier. But it's so satisfying to look back when you're finally done with the last workout. I'm still very proud of myself that I was able to complete that routine, you will be too.
