Default changing programs tomorrow. Break in again?

I am thinking about changing programs. Going to the fat loss programs. I have been doing the eternal beginner program for I believe 7 months now. Maybe shorter, maybe longer. Anyhoo, Should I do the break in program again before switching??

Well I THOUGHT I did enough reading through to find my answer. BUT I didn't look but 3 threads down. Got my answer.
