Repeating Program: repeating break-in?
I did several routines of the program last year (Break-in, FLI, FLII, Hyp I, Hyp II) and then took a break to try out several of Chad's programs for a while. Now that those are done, i'm going to give the NROL cycle another go (it's been > 3mo like the book suggests). So i wanted to see what you guys think - is there any merit to repeating break-in or should i just go ahead with FLII (going to do "man of constant obligation" sequence as i'm also training for a triathlon and a marathon so time is scarce for lifting)?
