Default Repeating Program: repeating break-in?

I did several routines of the program last year (Break-in, FLI, FLII, Hyp I, Hyp II) and then took a break to try out several of Chad's programs for a while. Now that those are done, i'm going to give the NROL cycle another go (it's been > 3mo like the book suggests). So i wanted to see what you guys think - is there any merit to repeating break-in or should i just go ahead with FLII (going to do "man of constant obligation" sequence as i'm also training for a triathlon and a marathon so time is scarce for lifting)?

If you've been training consistently (and purposefully) for a couple months and won't have taken more than two weeks off from training before re-starting NROL, I don't think there's much need to do the break-in unless you just want to.

I agree....I did a full compound movement version of chad's TBT prior to Hypertrohy I, and didn't do the break-in. I believe that unless you haven't done a serious program like NROL in a long time, you'll be fine skipping the break-in.

Break-in might be good for a back-off program (taking a break from max efforts), but it's not necessary to repeat it.

It would be a good idea so you don't tire yourself out. It seems like you've been working hard for over a year, perhaps the break-in would be a nice break?
