Default 3 or 4 days?

i'm going to be starting NROL fat loss 1 tomorrow and i could do it 4 days a week but it would be pretty inconvenient since i already have tennis practive every weekday.

is 3x a week going to give me significantly worse results than if i did it 4 days?

and also since im already doing so much cardio (tennis) should i not do the metabolic overdrive? i'm worried i'll lose too much muscle

I thought Fat Loss I was 3 days per week. 4 days a week of full body workouts is too much.

If you have tennis everyday, and it's important to you, I'd skip the MO for now. Try without it and see if you're getting what you need.

does it not say you can do the w/o 2 -4 times a week and wouldnt it also depend on which person you decide you are i.e I'm beginner and it say 3 times a week, however i cycle 2-3 times a week so I only work out 2x a week
