I'm with Cynic. Overtraining doens't happen in a week or two. That's the reason that the one or two weeks rests are built between each routine. It's also the reason that you don't repeat a routine. Different muscles get worked and the same muscles get worked differently as each routine changes. Rest before you move on. No overtraining here. Push hard w/o fear.
You'll know overtraining when it happens, apathy about your workouts, lack of progress, injury, tiredness, lack of appetite, getting sick more often...all those are symptoms of overtraining. I don't expect you'll ever see those in the NROL program.
