Default one arm dumbbell shoulder press

I am just beginning the break in program for NROL. How is everybody doing the onearm dumbbell press? Are you doing right, left, right, left for 15 reps or are you doing right arm 15 times then left one 15 times?

One arm at a time for all 15 reps, creating a load imbalance that the transverse abdominals and obliques work to compensate for.

What Cynic said, but to be clear on the counting: it's R1, L1, R2, L2,... R15, L15

I count more like R1,R2...R15 followed by L1,L2...L15

R1,L1,R2,L2 to me seems like you are alternating arms each rep - which this is not.

Thanks for the replies. I couldn't tell how we were supposed to do them. The stepups tell you to do one leg at a time but the press didn't say anything. Well, I did it wrong this time, but at least I know.

I alternated when I did them. I don't think it matters as long as you do all the reps on each side.
