Hi I'm new here, just discovered this forum, which is great as I've been wondering where fellow NROL people are.
I'm embarking on Strength I (just did the first workout this morning) and I'm wondering if it is advisable to do 4 workouts per week? Maybe something like Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, or Mon-Thu and have Fri-Sun off.
Or is that too ambitious and I should stick to 3 days per week? Call me anal, but it feels kinda odd to have an extra workout extending to the following week
