I did Hypertrophy I B Wednesday. Somehow I got confused and thought the squats and deadlifts were a superset. So after squatting a set, I unloaded the bar, brought it down to the floor, reloaded it... By the end of the squats I did 315, which was a huge adrenaline rush. I couldn't even do the last set of bulgarian split squats and step ups. All out of gas.
And referring to a previous post, yes, my legs hurt... for like two days. I'm fine now. And I don't do B again until Monday so its all good. I was reading the book just now and saw my mistake. Silly me.
