Default Woops

I did Hypertrophy I B Wednesday. Somehow I got confused and thought the squats and deadlifts were a superset. So after squatting a set, I unloaded the bar, brought it down to the floor, reloaded it... By the end of the squats I did 315, which was a huge adrenaline rush. I don't think I've done that since high school (the ten year reunion is this summer

I couldn't even do the last set of bulgarian split squats and step ups. All out of gas.

And referring to a previous post, yes, my legs hurt... for like two days. I'm fine now. And I don't do B again until Monday so its all good. I was reading the book just now and saw my mistake. Silly me.

Not a huge deal, sucks that you unloaded/loaded the bar so many times though.

Thumbs up

Mpaquin,

Sounds like you learned a little about just how much you can lift. What a great thing to come out of a program mistake. That has happed to a couple of friends of mine when they didn't count the weight right and found out they could life more than they thought!

I was 3 weeks away from making this same mistake. I had my workout logs already set up with it being a superset. Thanks for the heads up.
