Default Setting DH up on NROL

Hi Everone!

I have convinced DH to do the NROL program while I do the NROLFW program!!! We're in the process of reading the NROL book cover to cover, but can not find a nutrition section similar to the NROLFW. We followed the formula for maintenance calories, but there are no instructions (that I have located so far) on his intake for workout and nonworkout days. His goal is fatloss right now and he'd fall into profile #1 the eternal beginner. He is 225lbs 5'10''. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Nanette

There is a nutrition section of similar scope (it is located towards the end of the book, after the workouts) but it does not contain recipes.

I own both books, and you can actually apply the same nutritional plan, although with men, their caloric needs will be higher. I'm guessing he has about 30-40 pounds of fat he wants to lose, so you really just need to stick to the basic guidelines and should see a big difference, which both books cover adequately. Now, once he loses most of the fat, and wants to get REALLY lean, then the diet gets a lot more advanced...
