Props to you Fletch...Are you pleased with your results (weights lifted, more fitness, less BF, more muscle--or whatever you are shooting for)?

Got bigger, more strength -- feeling better. I didn't lost much weight but I notice a huge decrease in my love handles. 5'9 176 right now,I'd like to get down to 170.

Looking forward to FL3..
