FLI and results
Im in FL1 right now, did 3xA@15 and 3xB@15 as well, so 6 workouts. between 3-6 i took a week off, was helping parents move and didnt have the time with work and stuff. Back into it now tho so no worries.
I'm wanting to power thru this as I hear FLI does not get the results that FLII will show. Can I step up 3x a week to 4x? I would rather not throw in HIIT, dont really like it, prefer the weights.
I'm 186lbs 5'9, not sure on bf%, gona get a comp test done at gym asap. When I started at the gym back in Nov i was 206lbs 33% bf, started NROL in Jan at 197-200lbs cant recall, so im doing ok. Havnt been eating a lot latly, dont have the funds to support the groceries so im doing the best I can, and eating clean as possible.
So if I step up FLI to 4x a week will the results come faster? Or will I just burnout? Im hoping to be 175lbs by the end of FLII before I start HypI.
