Default FLI and results

Im in FL1 right now, did 3xA@15 and 3xB@15 as well, so 6 workouts. between 3-6 i took a week off, was helping parents move and didnt have the time with work and stuff. Back into it now tho so no worries.

I'm wanting to power thru this as I hear FLI does not get the results that FLII will show. Can I step up 3x a week to 4x? I would rather not throw in HIIT, dont really like it, prefer the weights.

I'm 186lbs 5'9, not sure on bf%, gona get a comp test done at gym asap. When I started at the gym back in Nov i was 206lbs 33% bf, started NROL in Jan at 197-200lbs cant recall, so im doing ok. Havnt been eating a lot latly, dont have the funds to support the groceries so im doing the best I can, and eating clean as possible.

So if I step up FLI to 4x a week will the results come faster? Or will I just burnout? Im hoping to be 175lbs by the end of FLII before I start HypI.

Totally depends on your recovery ability. Step it up, but be mindful of how your body is responding. If you need to back down to 3x/wk, do it quickly, rather than waiting until you're set back by illness or injury. Do it. Just pay attention.

Results in FLII are partially a result of the previous FLI program that was just completed. And all results are dependent on appropriate and quality nutrition.

Page 214 at the top of the page says You may work out 2,3 or 4 days per week... The only rule....Never train more than two days in a row.

I typically vary between 3 and 4 times a week depending on how I feel..
( health wise )

Other than that... it's what Lisa said
