Default Quick Hyp2A clarification,plz?

pg 229
second superset is row and db incline bench and dip
I assume the bench/dip thing is either/or idea, as it seems silly to have them both in there and whatnot...
However I guess they're not exact... both push but one up and one down... so I'm not positive.
And I don't want to futz up the log.

So if someone who is more sure than I am can help me out right quick, I'd be muchly obliged.

See, but then it should say giant set. And it seems odd the way it's formatted... it doesn't have a dark line separating the dip. And while I can see it that way, it seems awfully fatiguing and not terribly in line with the way the rest of Hyp (or anything else) is set up.

I'm not sure which way it is, but in FL-IIB, there is an either or, and it specifically says, chin-up or underhand-grip lat pulldown. If it was either or, wouldn't it be formated like that?

Also, doesn't it seem odd that he swiss-ball crunch does not have a space in between dips (like incline reverse crunch on hyp-2b)? As if the crunches were part of the superset, not it's own exercise. I think the whole formatting is messed up. Maybe dips are superseted with crunches?

seems like the concensus is that dips should be separated -

thanks. searching for me turned up nothing helpful, but I'm not totally with it today.

It was, of course, the formatting that messed with me and any way I cut it there were reasons it both could and couldn't be that way.

Heh, thanks everyone.

And Toni, that is brutal. The women on this forum never cease to amaze me with the amount of work they're willing to do. Me=way too damn lazy.

I superset the cable seated rows and the incline bench press and then do a straight set of dips. By the time I get to the dips I am ready for doing just them and nothing else.
