Default Break In Q

There are only 4 sessions for each of Break In I and II... does that mean I should take my week off after completing all 4 of both, which will be less than 3 weeks since I have been doing 3 sessions per week? Or should I continue to add sessions until I have done 4-6 weeks of the same program before moving on?

I didn't take a break until after FL I, but some did take a break after break-in.

I would say if you haven't lifted before or if you haven't lifted for a long time take the 1 week break and then move into the next program.

NROL is a different type of beast and your body will thank you for taking that 1 week break before moving into an actual program.

Good luck, I hope you enjoy the program as much I've been.

When I take a one week break, I don't necessarily sit on my ass to 7 days and do nothing. I tend to still go to the gym or exercise about 3 times, but it may be more aerobic related, or a pick basketball game or some other team sport, or some light bodyweight exercises.
