You'll survive 1-1/2 to 2 more hours of boredom.

I'm skeptical if you're really bored with it. I absolutely hated it, thus, I didn't want to finish it out. But I'm glad that I did. I think you'll be glad you finished it as well.

Are you sure you're bored? I did it last summer and some type of insanity overtook me and I'm doing it again now - two workouts in. Are you sure you didn't mean agonized, tortured, nauseated, cut into tiny pieces or something like that?

Unhappy I'm bored tooo

Me too. I am pretty bored with FL3 as well. We have like 6 weeks of this program, right? I am only into week 2, but it is boring the hell out of me.

Just stick wtih it? I find that somedays I can only do 8 reps of certain movements, and some days I eliminate a movement altogether (i.e. lunge wtih side bend). I just get bored and lose my motivation.

Any thoughts on this or suggestions?

Thanks a bunch!

...and so what's next after this? Hypertrophy 1? I started wtih FL1, 2 now 3....where do I go from here? Seems like everyone else goes to H1.

When that's done, do I go back to FL1?

Fat Loss III is just kick ass hard. I guess that could be boring, but I'm too busy catching my breath. Two workouts for me as well..... Stay the course.....
