Default Downloading NROL

Is there a place i can download/find the whole book online?

i have the excel spreadsheets for all the workouts but would like to read the book if anyone has access to it.

I don't believe NROL was published as an e-book. It is only available in paper.

I think you are better buying the book.

To my taste, reading all that on a computer/laptop screen is no fun at all, I prefer a hard copy.

The book can be purchased cheaply and easily using Amazon.com: Online Shopping for Electronics, Apparel, Computers, Books, DVDs & more

The book is very inexpensive, like <$20, unless you buy the collector's edition.

There is also a Kindle version, but that requires $400 for a kindle and then the book is $15.42.
