Shoulder pain during dips - Alternatives?
Hi All, I've been looking around the forums for the past couple days and I have my first question. My right shoulder bothers me sometimes. I have been to the doctor for it, and the diagnosis was tendinitis. Looks like it might just always bother me a little. I just try to stay away from exercises that bother it too much. One of the worst for it is dips. I will soon be starting Hypertrophy 2, which includes them. Is there an alternative exercise I can use?
