Ya, I am finding it hard to gear myself up to do a HIIT session after a workout: 1) I am worked, and 2) I am rushed for time. I have been squeezing 2 sessions a week in on my days off, but even then its tough to do without making my legs tired for my next workout or giving them proper recovery time between weights. I am on my feet all day at work, moving, so last thing I wanna do when I get home is run.
