I really like the physique of the NROL cover model. He's big, but he just doesn't look like the typical body builder.

Maybe Lou can chime in with same names, though!

That's because people doing NROL aren't "bodybuilders". That's a good thing

Somewhere around here, the name of the female was posted because she is a client of a trainer who posts here, IIRC.

Not a client, a coworker.

Questions for the authors?

Her name is Michelle Bower. She's a trainer at the Parisi Speed School in Connecticut.

Looks like NROL4W has a cover posted

I can't remember the name of the model on the NROL cover, who's also the model for the interior shots. He's a former gymnast, which helps explain his uniquely well-proportioned muscularity. As a workout model, the guy just doesn't have a bad angle.

Lisa is right about Michelle. She's currently in grad school, and trains some clients on the side. (I assume she does this at Parisi, even though she's no longer a manager there.) At some point she was in fitness competitions, although I can't imagine she has time for that now.

That's Lou. It really does make sense that he's a gymnast because I've really never seen that sort of physique on a male fitness model before. It's actually pretty interesting.
